Ron is currently serving his first year as President of the Northern Ohio Outlaws. He has been happily married to his wife Diane for 52 years and is a proud father of three sons, grandfather to six grandchildren, and great-grandfather to two great-grandchildren.
A dedicated member of the Northern Ohio Outlaws for the past 13 years, Ron has had the privilege of meeting and forming lasting friendships with many great people through this exciting sport. For him, there’s no greater thrill than runnin’ and gunnin’ after those bad balloons.

Vice President 2026-Present
Deborah has been an Outlaw member since 2020. She served as a board member for 4 years and is honored to now serve as VP.
She loves sharing the fun and challenges of mounted shooting with her family and friends! She enjoys cooking, gardening, watching her son and his friends in sports and spending time with her family and friends!
Secretary 2025-Present
Kelsey has been a member since 2019. She first discovered the sport at several local events and knew right away she wanted to give it a try. It quickly became a family activity that she enjoys with her husband, Travis, and their son, Luke.
She recently took a few years off so Luke could use her horse, and during that time she focused on building a bond with her next shooting partner. This year marks her second year serving as the club Secretary.

Chuck Bushmire from bentleyville pa....father of 2 boys...full time farrier...enjoys trail riding, 9 ball pool and mounted shooting. 4 time chili cook off champion. Chuck is in his 4th year of cmsa...enjoying every ride on his special horse Dog. Dog really deserves all the credit to his success...except for the chili!

John is a Men’s Level 6 shooter and has been shooting since 2006. He has been a farrier for 30 years. When he’s not shooting, he enjoys trail riding and going to car shows. John has been an Outlaws member since 2020.
Director 2026-Present
Amanda is a L3 shooter and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She has been actively involved with NOO and CMSA since 2017, earning Ohio State Shoot titles in her class in both 2017 and 2020.
In addition to mounted shooting, she enjoys participating in rodeo and ranch events and regularly attends clinics to continue expanding her knowledge and skills. She is passionate about welcoming and supporting new club members and helping them feel at home in the sport.
Outside of competition, she enjoys spending time with her horses and her dog, as well as playing music and reading.

Anthony is entering his first year as a Director and is heading into his second year of mounted shooting. He and his wife, Brooke, both got started in the sport this year and enjoy competing together.
When they’re not at events, they stay busy on their farm in Bloomingdale, Ohio.
